We fermenteren met groenten van de beste kwaliteit, ongeraffineerd zout en liefde — zonder toevoegingen, zonder haast, zonder compromis. Wat je hier koopt is levende voeding: vol probiotica, vol smaak, vol voedingswaarde. We produceren in kleine batches en controleren elk product op kwaliteit en microbiologische activiteit. Our fermented products contain, in addition to fresh raw vegetables, fruits, and herbs, above all a lot of love. Everything is prepared artisanally (yes – we cut, knead, mix, and prepare everything ourselves) according to the principles of traditional fermentation. We use no added sugars, preservatives, flavor enhancers, or colorants. Our products are not pasteurized in order to keep the lactic acid bacteria alive, making them a natural source of probiotics.

When we moved from Poland to Belgium 25 years ago, we unknowingly left behind an important part of our health: fermented food. Years later, we found our energy and balance again, thanks to one simple spoonful a day from a jar ... fermented vegetables.

Now we want to bring that jar to your fridge, but this time not just through our products or workshops. No, this time it will be a book.
