Marta & Joanna will take you into the fascinating world of vegetable fermentation. During this workshop you will learn the basic techniques of lactic acid fermentation. We will explain everything step by step and show it in our own unique Klejman way. Together we will get to work so you can put it into practice right away. Our goal is to give you the confidence to safely ferment vegetables and get started right at home.
The workshop will take place at a cozy location. We will begin at noon and start with a tasty buffet lunch supplemented with our own Klejman fermented vegetables.
After lunch, we'll get hands-on with making our own fermented vegetables. We'll share all our knowledge about fermentation and probiotics, give you the best tips & tricks and pay close attention to safety. At the end of the day, you'll take home your homemade kimchi and probiotic tomato bombs, along with a beginner's kit for making your own coconut yogurt.
In addition, we will demonstrate how to make your own coconut yogurt, a healthy fermented source of lactic acid bacteria. You will also be given all the ingredients to prepare your own yogurt at home.
During the workshop, you can take a look at our pop-up store featuring all Fermentista Klejman products. The workshop will last until 4 pm. Afterwards, you will receive via email our e-book with all the explanation about fermentation, including all the recipes we made together.
