This Privacy Statement frames compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of May 24, 2016 regarding the protection of private life in the processing of personal data and the Law of July 30, 2018 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and explains what personal data KLEJMAN² collects and how it uses it. KLEJMAN² hereby respects your privacy and your rights to control your personal data and to know how it is processed.

1. PERSONAL DATA

KLEJMAN² takes the processing of your personal data very seriously and endeavors to provide the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and help prevent theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your information.

KLEJMAN² thus regularly monitors its systems for possible security risks and attacks. However, it cannot guarantee the security of data sent by you. Should there be a breach, this will be responded to quickly and the parties involved will be notified. KLEJMAN² however, cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages caused by an erroneous or unlawful use of the personal data by a third party.

The personal data collected are stored and processed in Belgium, at the registered office of KLEJMAN² or additional branches, or with external service providers, also located in Belgium or Europe. The data collected only passes over a secure connection from the website to the server.

If the data is held by external service providers, with servers outside the European Economic Area, KLEJMAN² assumes that for the processing of this data an equivalent level of protection as in the European Union is applied.    1. Customer management, supplier management, web shop and staff administration

The by KLEJMAN² personal data collected in its capacity as processing manager are used for the purpose of its services, making appointments, managing and handling your request, order via the web shop or request for information or in the context of a cooperation (execution, invoicing, payment...).

For example, personal data is processed for customer management, supplier management and personnel administration.

However, failing this, KLEJMAN shall² are unable to perform the services or deliver orders for products.
• Direct marketing, newsletter, press contacts and social media occurs under Article 6.1.a (consent) and under Article 6.1.f (legitimate interests). 7. CARE PERIOD

Depending on the purpose of processing, personal data processed by KLEJMAN2 in its capacity as data controller will be kept as long as necessary for the realization of the purposes for which the data are collected and so that KLEJMAN2 can, among other things, comply with its legal and accounting requirements.

After these terms, KLEJMAN² erase the data irrevocably.
