This bread mix is not made by ourselves, but by our friends at Okono. We love it so much, especially in combination with our fermented vegetables, that we are happy to share it with you.

It is a super-healthy alternative to traditional bread - without flour, yeast, added sugars, additives or emulsifiers. The Stone Age bread mix consists of as many as 7 different nuts and seeds.

Moreover, it is very easy to make: add 50 ml of olive oil, 4 eggs, a little salt and your own favorite spices. And voila, a delicious gluten-free bread that makes you feel satiated quickly.

Ingredients: sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts.

Baking Instructions Stone Age Bread:

  1. Beat 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the bread mix and 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil. Add spices as desired.
  3. Grease the baking pan or use baking paper. Put the mixture in a 20 x 10 cm rectangular baking pan.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius.
  5. Storage tip: slice the bread and store in the freezer.
