Our fermented red cabbage is a delicious source of probiotics (lactic acid bacteria) and contains healthy fiber, vitamins and minerals. The lactic acid bacteria have a positive effect on your intestinal flora, as they inhibit the growth of unwanted bacteria in the intestines and help digest food.

We prepare this classic based on red cabbage, carrot and herbs. It is super delicious between a sourdough bread or as a side dish of any hot or cold dish.

An unopened goblet is best kept dry and cool. After opening it, put it in the refrigerator. When first opened, the contents may sometimes fizz or overflow, and that's totally okay. This is due to the carbon dioxide created during natural fermentation.
