After months of writing, fermenting and tasting, the time has finally come: our very first book Fermentista - The healthy power of fermented vegetables is a fact. With great pleasure we invite you to the festive book launch on Thursday, April 3 in Leuven.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
🌿 6:30 pm - A warm welcome - Come in, have a drink and feel at home in our firm community.
📖 7 p.m. - Dive into the story of Fermentista - We take you through our journey, our book and our passion for fermentation.
🍽️ 8:15 p.m. - Taste and meet - Appetizers full of surprising fermentation flavors and inspiring conversations with like-minded people.
💬 9:15 p.m. - Feel free to chat afterward, or return home satisfied.
