We begonnen aan een reis van persoonlijke ontwikkeling en leerden over het darmmicrobioom en de impact ervan op onze gezondheid. Au d\u00e9but, ce n'\u00e9tait pas facile. Nous avions l'habitude de commencer nos repas en choisissant un morceau de viande, suivi de pommes de terre, de p\u00e2tes, de riz ou de pain.
